Easy Boneless Skinless Baked Chicken Breasts

 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 4 tbsp salt
 4 cups water

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.

Prepare the chicken by pounding, brining, and seasoning as desired (detailed instructions above), and then place on a lightly greased baking sheet, leaving an inch or more between the pieces of chicken.

Bake for 14-17 minutes, depending on the size and thickness of your chicken breasts. After 14 minutes, open the oven and stick your meat thermometer into the middle of a piece of the chicken until the temperature reading stops rising.

Once it’s cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees, take the chicken out of the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

Use seasoning as a rub for poultry, add to pasta sauce, or for a salad dressing base.
